These Terms and Conditions (“Terms” or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User,” “Customer,” “you”), and SSVInfotech.Com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of the QuickHRM Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and all related services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Services”).
  • By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

  • Ownership: QuickHRM is a proprietary SaaS-based HRM software product owned, developed, and operated exclusively by SSVInfotech.Com, headquartered in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India.
  • Voluntary Acceptance: You confirm that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and your continued use constitutes your digital acceptance of these Terms.
  • Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

2. Definitions

  • Company: Refers to SSVInfotech.Com, the legal entity providing the software.
  • User/Customer: Any individual or legal entity that registers and uses the Services.
  • Services: HRM tools including Payroll, Attendance, Employee Records, Leave Management, and Analytics.
  • Platform: The website www.quickhrm.in and associated applications.
  • Subscription: Paid access granted for a defined duration.
  • Data: Any information uploaded by the Customer to the Platform.
  • Account: The registered profile used to access Services.

3. Eligibility and Authorization

  • Legal Capacity: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
  • Corporate Authority: If registering on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

4. Description of Services

  • Scope: Cloud-based HR tools including Payroll processing, Attendance tracking, Leave management, and secure document storage.
  • Subscription Basis: Services are provided strictly on a paid subscription model.
  • Right to Modify: The Company may upgrade, modify, or discontinue features at its discretion without prior notice.

5. Account Registration & Responsibilities

  • Credential Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities under your Account.
  • Negligence Disclaimer: The Company is not liable for unauthorized access due to your failure to secure credentials.
  • Accuracy: All information provided must be accurate, lawful, and up to date.

6. Subscription, Fees, and Payments

  • Payment Terms: Access is subject to timely payment. Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Activation: Service activation may be withheld until full payment is received.
  • Suspension: Non-payment may result in suspension of access without liability.

7. User Obligations & Acceptable Use

  • Prohibited Activities: Users shall not engage in illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of the Platform.
  • Security Violations: Reverse engineering, hacking, scraping, or introducing malware is strictly prohibited.
  • Legal Compliance: Users must comply with all applicable labor and employment laws.

8. Service Suspension & Termination

  • Discretionary Termination: Accounts may be suspended or terminated for breach of Terms.
  • Fraud or Misuse: Any unlawful or unethical activity will result in immediate account blocking.
  • No Liability: The Company shall not be liable for losses resulting from suspension due to misconduct.

9. Data Security & Data Breach Disclaimer

  • Security Measures: Industry-standard safeguards are implemented to protect Data.
  • Limitation: No online system is 100% secure. The Company is not legally liable for breaches caused by cyber-attacks or unforeseen vulnerabilities.
  • Risk Acknowledgment: Users assume risks associated with cloud data storage.

10. Technical Issues & Limitation of Liability

  • Technical Disclaimer: The Company is not responsible for downtime, hosting failures, internet issues, or force majeure events.
  • Limitation of Damages: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for financial loss, payroll errors, indirect damages, or business interruption.
  • As-Is Basis: Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

11. Employment and HR Disputes

  • Software Provider Only: QuickHRM is not a party to employer-employee relationships.
  • No Intervention: The Company is not responsible for payroll disputes, wrongful termination claims, or internal HR conflicts.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, UI/UX designs, trademarks, branding, and content related to QuickHRM are the exclusive property of SSVInfotech.Com. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

13. No Warranties

The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability of the Services.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SSVInfotech.Com from claims arising due to misuse, violation of laws, or negligence by you or your employees.

15. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, government actions, or power failures.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
  • Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts of Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, India.

17. Amendments

The Company may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
