B. Employee Data (Uploaded by Customer):

  • As an HRM SaaS provider, we process data uploaded by you regarding your employees:
  • KYC & Identity: PAN, Aadhaar (masked where required), Date of Birth, Gender.
  • Professional Data: Employee ID, designation, salary structure, and bank account details for payroll.
  • Attendance & Logs: Biometric logs (if integrated), IP addresses, and login/logout times.

2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING?

We use the collected data strictly for providing and improving the HRM services, including:

  • Payroll Processing: Calculating salaries, taxes, and statutory deductions.
  • Compliance: Generating reports required under Indian Labor Laws.
